PRODUCT FEATURES

 

1. The number of silicon steel wafers for each CKKBr reactor is up to 1000 pieces, CKKBr reactor adopts high precision automatic equipment to process silicon steel wafers, the size deviation is less than 0.05mm, silicon steel wafers can ensure high stability and consistency when stacking;

 

2. Core part fasteners are made of non-magnetic materials to ensure that the reactor has a high quality factor and low temperature rise to ensure a good filtering effect.

 

3. Flat enameled copper wires, tightly and uniformly arranged, without insulation layer on the outside, have excellent aesthetics and good heat dissipation performance; H-class (180°C) materials are used to ensure that the reactor has good temperature resistance.

 

4. Reactor overcurrent operation, under 1.8 times of rated current, the inductance value can be kept above 0.97%, so as to avoid magnetic saturation of the iron core.

 

5. Exposed parts are anti-corrosion treatment, the lead terminal adopts tin-plated copper connector; has the advantages of small size, light weight and beautiful appearance.
